Key Responsibilities
- Mengimplementasikan protokol keselamatan dan melakukan inspeksi rutin di berbagai departemen pabrik
- Melakukan analisis akar penyebab untuk insiden dan mengelola tindakan korektif dan preventif
- Memantau proyek pengelolaan limbah, emisi, dan konservasi energi sesuai regulasi lokal dan standar ISO
- Mengkoordinasikan pelatihan keselamatan dan latihan evakuasi darurat
- Memastikan rekaman OHSE dan kompliance dengan regulasi Indonesia
Requirements
- Pendidikan S1 di bidang Safety, Environmental Science/Engineering, atau Industrial Engineering
- Pengalaman 2-5 tahun di bidang OHSE dalam operasi manufaktur
- Pemahaman yang kuat tentang ISO 45001, ISO 14001, dan regulasi lokal Indonesia
- Sertifikasi OHSE profesional, First Aid, atau Fire Safety (diprioritaskan)
