Growth Manager (APAC)
Grow Starknet's APAC developer ecosystem through targeted community initiatives
As Growth Manager for APAC, you will drive ecosystem expansion by building and nurturing developer communities across the region. Your work will focus on increasing Starknet adoption through strategic partnerships, events, and developer outreach programs. You will collaborate with the foundation team to measure impact and scale successful initiatives that support Starknet's mission as a leading ZK-rollup settling on both Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture developer communities across APAC countries
- Design and execute targeted growth initiatives to increase Starknet adoption
- Establish strategic partnerships with regional blockchain projects and organizations
- Organize and participate in developer-focused events and workshops
- Track and report on ecosystem growth metrics and initiative performance
- Collaborate with foundation teams to align APAC efforts with global objectives
Requirements
- Experience in community building or developer relations within blockchain/web3
- Strong understanding of the APAC tech and startup landscape
- Proven ability to design and execute growth strategies
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Ethereum scaling solutions and ZK-technology concepts
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote global team
