Learn more about us on our YouTube Channel or Blog Posts Who You Are: You’re a brand designer with a strong focus on print and editorial, and you enjoy bringing brands into the physical world. You think beyond the screen, considering how a design will translate to a 20-foot vinyl wrap, event signage or printed piece. You’re equally comfortable supporting digital work, from social templates to landing page graphics, and you apply strong design fundamentals across every touchpoint. You’re curious, proactive and detail-oriented, digging into problems and catching the small things that make a big difference in the final execution. What You’ll Be Doing: Designing large scale print materials including event signage, vinyl wraps, window wraps and booth design for hosted and sponsored events Producing print marketing materials such as flyers and signage that stay on brand and print ready Preparing print ready files with correct bleed, trim, color mode and vendor specs across InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop Supporting layout and design work in Figma as needed to keep print and digital brand consistent Contributing to new brand initiatives from concepting to launch Partnering with the events and marketing ops teams to understand space, scale and install requirements before finalizing designs Coordinating with print vendors and reviewing proofs to catch issues before they become expensive mistakes Applying HighLevel brand guidelines consistently across every physical and print touchpoint Taking feedback on assigned projects and applying it quickly to keep production timelines on track What You’ll Bring: Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, this is the most important skill for this role Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Working knowledge of Figma A portfolio that shows real print production experience, not just digital mockups of print pieces, digital branding samples are a plus Understanding of print fundamentals including bleed, trim, color profiles, file setup and vendor requirements for large format printing Comfort moving between print and light digital branding work without missing a beat Sharp attention to detail, you catch the small things before they turn into big and expensive problems A curious, hands on problem solving mindset, you want to understand how something gets built and installed, not just how it looks in a file Ability to work independently on problems of limited scope while learning to apply company standards and processes Comfortable receiving direct feedback and iterating quickly Experience/Education/Certifications Required: 1-3 years of professional design experience, internships and apprenticeships included Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication or a related field preferred, equivalent experience and a strong portfolio will be considered Required portfolio showcasing print and editorial design work, large format or event based work and digital branding samples Ability to balance speed, creativity, quality and business priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, professional content. Based in Mexico
