Role Overview The L1 Support / Webmaster will join a website team supporting the revamp and ongoing operations of a large-scale corporate website. The role focuses on daily website content updates, first-level support, and operational monitoring to ensure stable and compliant website operations. Key Responsibilities Perform day-to-day website content updates, including publishing and updating pages, images, and content using a Content Management System (CMS). Provide L1 support for website-related issues, including ticket triaging, escalation, and resolution in accordance with defined SLAs. Monitor website traffic and performance using web analytics tools and report issues or anomalies where required. Maintain and update documentation, knowledge bases, and operational procedures related to website systems and support processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support website revamp initiatives and ongoing enhancements. Ensure content accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to operational standards. Required Experience & Skills Experience in managing and supporting websites on a day-to-day basis. Hands-on experience with CMS platforms for publishing and maintaining website content. Familiarity with web analytics tools for monitoring traffic and performance. Experience using ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA) for issue tracking, escalation, and resolution.
