- Maintain organization of important documents, schedules, and management information
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in General Affairs, Executive/Personal Assistant, Operations, or Business Support
- Strong calendar, meeting, and schedule management capabilities
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive business information with discretion
- Proactive and able to anticipate upcoming business and executive support requirements

Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized and proactive General Affairs Executive to provide executive and operational support to the CEO and broader business. This role will coordinate schedules, meetings, business activities, client engagements and corporate events, while ensuring timely follow-up across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities may change quickly. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, meetings and appointments across internal teams, clients, partners and different time zones. Support meeting preparation, including agendas, presentation materials, meeting logistics and stakeholder coordination. Track meeting action items, deadlines and follow-ups to ensure matters are completed on time. Coordinate schedules and logistics for operational programmes, business development activities, client engagements and corporate events. Facilitate communication and coordination between the CEO, internal teams and external stakeholders. Prepare business correspondence, documents, presentations and other materials when required. Maintain proper organization of important documents, schedules and management information. Handle confidential and sensitive business information with appropriate discretion. Anticipate upcoming requirements and proactively support the CEO in preparing for meetings, engagements and business activities. Support other general affairs, administrative and business coordination activities as required. Requirements 1–3 years of relevant working experience in General Affairs, Executive/Personal Assistant, Operations, Business Support or a related function. Strong calendar, meeting and schedule management capabilities. Strong written and verbal English communication skills, as the role requires regular preparation of business communications and interaction with senior executives, clients and external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Responsive and adaptable, with the ability to reprioritize when business schedules or requirements change. Strong sense of ownership with consistent follow-through on assigned matters and action items. Proactive and able to anticipate upcoming business and executive support requirements. Able to handle confidential management, employee, client and business information appropriately. Able to remain composed and organized when managing urgent requests, last-minute changes and competing priorities. Demonstrates sound judgment and the ability to determine when matters can be handled independently or require escalation. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skill
