Source candidates for education roles in the GCC
Search LinkedIn for teachers and school leaders, send connection requests and InMail messages, follow up with candidates, and log their status in a shared Google Sheet. You'll work independently for a UAE-based client school group with branches in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities
- Search LinkedIn for candidates matching open vacancies (teachers, heads of department, principals, and other school leadership roles)
- Send connection requests and InMail messages to potential candidates using provided templates
- Follow up with candidates and collect their CVs
- Do a basic first check on CVs against the job requirements (qualifications, curriculum experience, years of experience)
- Log all candidates and their status in a shared Google Sheet
- Send a short update on your progress at the end of each working day
Requirements
- LinkedIn Recruiter Lite
- Strong written English
- Recruitment or sourcing experience, especially in education or the GCC
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
