Process payments and manage financial documents
Handle payments to suppliers, internal departments, and taxes, including supplier advance payments. Issue invoices and bank payment vouchers. Monitor outstanding cash advances and prepare balance sheet reports. Record journal entries and manage financial document filing.

Key Responsibilities
- Process payments to suppliers, vendors, internal departments, and taxes
- Issue supplier invoices and bank payment vouchers
- Monitor outstanding cash advances and ensure they are settled
- Follow up on cash requests from branches to keep operations running
- Prepare balance sheet reports for local payables, import payables, and cash advances
- Record journal entries and manage financial document filing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a payment or finance staff
- Proficient in journal entries, payable subledger management, and filing management
- Skilled in preparing clear, well-organized reports
- Meticulous, analytical, and proactive in seeking information
