Key Responsibilities
- Melakukan verifikasi kelengkapan dokumen pembayaran vendor
- Memproses pembayaran vendor sesuai jadwal dan ketentuan perusahaan
- Mencatat transaksi Account Payable secara akurat
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi saldo hutang usaha dengan vendor
- Menyiapkan dokumen pembayaran dan administrasi pendukung
- Menyusun laporan hutang usaha (Aging AP)
Requirements
- Memiliki gelar S1 Akuntansi, Manajemen Keuangan, atau bidang terkait
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai Account Payable
- Memahami siklus Account Payable, administrasi keuangan, serta dasar perpajakan PPN & PPh
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel seperti VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF
