Finance Manager - Deal Desk (Remote)

Rula is a remote-first company. We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii. About the Role We’re seeking a Finance Manager - Deal Desk to guide how Rula grows. As an individual contributor, you’ll partner closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to shape growth strategy, evaluate trade-offs, and develop strategic forecasting of complex deals. You’ll be responsible to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, while balancing short-term efficiency with long-term impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, navigating ambiguity, and shaping strategic decisions. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles - 2+ years of dedicated experience specifically within a Deal Desk or Commercial Operations function - Proven experience informing growth or go-to-market strategy through financial analysis - Experience building and owning scenario-based topline forecasts - Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling and scenario analysis - Ability to clearly communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders and executive audiences - Direct healthcare experience or relevant consulting experience with a healthcare focus Preferred Qualifications While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory.
