About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Provider Experience team at Rula. Our goal is simple: help therapists succeed so they can run a healthy practice and give great care to their patients. In this role, your focus is to help therapists focus entirely on their patients by building and improving the tools they use every day. You will lead initiatives around automating day-to-day administrative workflows using AI (like clinical note writing, client scheduling, and paperwork) and developing real-time clinical guidance tools during sessions. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product (Provider) and working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and clinical teams, you will make a direct impact by giving therapists hours of their week back. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of product management experience. - Demonstrated success building and scaling SMB SaaS, productivity tools, or operations platforms, with a clear track record of driving measurable impact in user retention, workflow efficiency, or task automation. - Proven ability to simplify complex, multi-step workflows and redesign them into intuitive, high-efficiency product experiences. - Effective communication and alignment skills across diverse stakeholders and technical teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data, experimentation, and qualitative insights to make decisions. Preferred Qualifications While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory.
