Supervise field sales teams to meet performance standards
Supervise and evaluate field sales teams to ensure they meet performance standards. Develop and implement area work plans aligned with company strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners. Conduct joint visits and resolve issues with the team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor OTC in a pharmaceutical distributor company
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong managerial skills
- Innovative and visionary
- Ability to identify problems and areas for improvement through analysis
