Grow BoozeOn's venue network through field marketing
Field marketers will identify and approach bars, pubs, clubs, and restaurants in Delhi NCR to introduce them to the BoozeOn platform. The primary objective is to secure meetings with venue directors or senior management. Teams of two will work in Noida, Delhi, and Gurgaon territories, with performance-based incentives and special team bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach bars, pubs, clubs, and restaurants serving alcoholic beverages
- Visit venues personally to introduce them to the BoozeOn platform
- Explain the platform's features, benefits, and value proposition to venue owners and management
- Build relationships with venue managers and decision-makers
- Generate qualified business leads and secure appointments with venue directors or senior management
- Coordinate with the BoozeOn team to facilitate follow-up meetings and potential partnerships
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in approaching business owners and senior management
- Experience in field marketing, sales, business development, or hospitality
- Familiarity with the bar, pub, club, and restaurant industry
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively in a two-member team
