FHM - Java Developer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend applications using Java. Collaborate closely with front-end developers, product owners, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Optimize application performance and scalability. Debug and resolve technical issues as they arise. Document code, processes, and system architecture when necessary. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of professional experience with Java (preferably Java 8+). Strong proficiency in Spring Framework, especially Spring Boot. Experience in designing RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture. Solid experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, and ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and clean code principles. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
