- Ensure consistent food quality, beverage standards, and service excellence across all outlets
- Develop bar menus, beverage offerings, and promotions to enhance guest experience and sales
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage management
- Strong background in bar operations, including beverage preparation, cocktail knowledge, and bar inventory management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team
- Good understanding of F&B cost control, budgeting, inventory management, and revenue optimization
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest experience management
- Good command of written and spoken English
