Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-squad to support technical decisions and platform evolution
- Work with Tech Leads and Architecture to define standards, best practices, and reusable solutions
- Identify development bottlenecks and implement productivity and quality improvements
- Explore and promote the use of ChatGPT, Claude, AI agents, skills, and automation in the development lifecycle
- Support backend architecture evolution, including APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Create components, templates, and tools that accelerate team workflows
Requirements
- Solid backend development experience with high-scale systems
- Advanced experience with C#/.NET
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and MongoDB
- Knowledge of microservices, API, distributed systems, and CI/CD architecture
- Practical experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar generative AI tools in software development
- Understanding of AI-assisted development practices such as code generation, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, agents, and automation

Estamos em busca de um Especialista Backend para atuar na unidade de Identidade e Fraude da Serasa Experian , dentro do time de Plataformas , com atuação transversal entre diferentes squads. A posição terá como foco elevar a produtividade e a qualidade da engenharia, trabalhando em parceria com Tech Leads, Arquitetura e times de Desenvolvimento na evolução de padrões, plataformas e práticas técnicas. Buscamos alguém com forte experiência backend e interesse prático em IA aplicada ao desenvolvimento de software , utilizando ferramentas como ChatGPT, Claude, agentes, skills e automações para acelerar desenvolvimento, testes, documentação, troubleshooting e revisão de código. Principais Responsabilidades: Atuar de forma cross entre squads, apoiando decisões técnicas e evolução das plataformas. Trabalhar com Tech Leads e Arquitetura na definição de padrões, boas práticas e soluções reutilizáveis. Identificar gargalos no desenvolvimento e implementar melhorias de produtividade e qualidade. Explorar e disseminar o uso de ChatGPT, Claude, agentes de IA, skills e automações no ciclo de desenvolvimento. Apoiar a evolução de arquiteturas backend, APIs, microsserviços e soluções distribuídas. Criar componentes, templates e ferramentas que acelerem o trabalho dos times. Disseminar conhecimento e apoiar a evolução técnica dos engenheiros. Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento backend e sistemas de alta escala. Experiência avançada com C# / .NET . Experiência com Azure e/ou AWS , Kubernetes, RabbitMQ e MongoDB. Conhecimento de arquitetura de microsserviços, APIs, sistemas distribuídos e CI/CD. Experiência prática utilizando ChatGPT, Claude ou ferramentas similares de IA generativa no desenvolvimento de software. Conhecimento de práticas de AI-assisted development , como geração e revisão de código, testes, documentação, troubleshooting, agentes e automações. Capacidade de atuar transversalmente com Arquitetura, Tech Leads, Engenharia e Produto. Boa comunicação, influência técnica e visão de melhoria contínua. Diferenciais: Experiência com Go (Golang) . Experiência com Platform Engineering ou Developer Experience. Experiência criando agentes, skills, MCPs, workflows ou automações com IA .
