Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships while partnering to understand business objectives and needs. Requirements
- At least 8 years of working experience in IT Services (not purely IT Infra, hardware, or product license)
- More than 6 years in a leadership position
- Experience managing large deals and large customers up to 12 million USD
- Experience working for large IT Services companies
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO-level client contacts

Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals. Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs. Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes. Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals. Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets. Identify, assess and resolve complex business issues and propose alternative solutions. Identify and manage issues and risks and act as an escalation point within the account. Manage and monitor account level risk dollar and budget; control costs to ensure maximum achievement of revenue and margin. Manage risk and impact of change requests and assist with service request of variation order negotiation. Requirements: Has at least 8 years of working experience in IT Services (not purely IT Infra services, not hardware, not product license) with more than 6 years or more in leadership position. Experience of managing large deal, large customer up to 12 million USD. Experience working for large IT Services companies Process broad business acumen and deep IT industry knowledge, and to use this knowledge to develop client relationships. Track record of interacting and building relationship with CXO level client contacts.
