We have more customer stories than we can tell! We’re hiring our a Deal Desk Coordinator on a 1099 contract to work on deals. You’ll work directly with the founder and daily with Sales, Finance, and Legal. Our usage-based pricing is still taking shape, and the deals you structure will shape it. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES This role has fast, profitable deal approvals from quote to cash. - Structure and approve non-standard deals (discounts, usage commits, per-minute pricing, payment terms) in hours, not days - Build the discount approval matrix and pricing guardrails, and model deal margin before every approval - Run quote-to-cash across CRM, CPQ, Legal handoff, and billing - Report weekly on cycle time, discount levels, and win rate, and automate approvals where possible WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must have: - 4+ years in deal desk, pricing, or sales/revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company - Experience owning an end-to-end enterprise process for deals over $300K - Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot and a CPQ tool - Experience at a VC-backed SaaS/AI company or a big tech/large SaaS company - Availability for overlapping hours with our Pacific Time team and customers Nice to have: - Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing - Built a deal desk function from scratch - SQL or scripting skills to automate reporting and approvals HOW WE EVALUATE We care less about checkboxes and more about: - Commercial judgment on real deal scenarios - Accuracy in pricing and margin models - Calm, clear decisions under end-of-quarter pressure - Ability to influence Sales, Finance, and Legal YOU MIGHT THRIVE IF - You’d rather say “here’s how we can do it” than “no” - You enjoy a spreadsheet model as much as a live deal call - You want to build the playbook, not follow one JOB DETAILS - Employment Type: Full-Time 1099 Contractor - Compensation: $4,200 USD monthly, based on experience - Location: Remote - Hours: Must be open to working some overlapping hours with our Pacific Time team and customers.
