- Architect and review ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and real-time processing
- Establish data governance, data quality, security, lineage, and compliance standards
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Data Engineering or Data Architecture
- Strong experience in Insurance domain (Life, Non-Life, or Health)
- Proven experience designing large-scale, enterprise data platforms
- Hands-on background with modern data technologies and cloud environments (Azure, Huawei, AWS)
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
