ABOUT THE BUSINESS & STRATEGIC PROJECT As a leading conglomerate, we are driving a corporate transformation towards delivering integrated "Wealth and Well-being Solutions." Our strategic focus is on building a comprehensive healthcare ecosystem under the concept of preventive health and longevity. This initiative is being rolled out through a newly emerging community business format and platform dedicated to holistic well-being. The project focuses on sustainability, curated organic/organic-friendly products, and establishing an experiential community space to empower consumers with holistic health knowledge. JOB PURPOSE We are seeking a high-caliber professional as a Senior Manager / Associate Director to spearhead the commercial format development, operational readiness, and end-to-end business processes of our growing wellness platform. This role requires a perfect blend of strategic planning and strong execution capabilities. The successful candidate will act as a pivotal business driver to build new revenue streams, optimize operational infrastructure, and maximize strategic collaborations across our extensive retail, real estate networks, and external healthcare partners in an asset-light model. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Commercial & Format Development: Co-develop sustainable business models, retail/community concept designs, and trade layouts for the wellness platform to ensure market competitiveness and scalable growth. End-to-End Business Process Design: Map out, document, and establish comprehensive business workflows spanning multiple domains, including Merchandising/Sourcing, Supply Chain/Logistics (WMS), Front-of-House Operations, Cash Management, and Finance & Accounting systems. System Implementation & Retail IT: Manage the blueprint design, vendor selection, and implementation of core software systems, ensuring seamless integration between ERP, Merchandising Management Systems (MMS), POS, E-commerce platforms, and CRM/Loyalty programs. Ecosystem Partnership & SME Relations: Drive strategic alliances with external medical/preventive labs, property developments, local SME health vendors, and organic farming groups to build a strong product assortment, cross-promotional campaigns, and community events. Operational Excellence & P&L Control: Oversee day-to-day operations, manage structural budgeting and P&L KPIs (margins, shrinkage, operating costs), structure regional team roles, and develop standard operating manuals. QUALIFICATIONS Master's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Commerce, or related fields. Degrees from top-tier international institutions are highly preferred. Minimum of 8-12 years of solid experience in Retail Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Format Development, or Project Management. Experience managing early-stage business models is crucial. Proven track record in successfully designing and establishing new retail formats, commercial setups, or lifestyle/food retail platforms from conception to full operational launch. In-depth hands-on knowledge in designing end-to-end retail business workflows and system logic integration (ERP, MMS, POS, CRM, and WMS concepts). Strong business and financial acumen with extensive experience in commercial trade planning, margin mix analysis, and P&L optimization. Excellent interpersonal, diplomatic, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to coordinate and influence across various business units and collaborate with government or external SME organizations. High agility, growth mindset, and adaptability to excel in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous, and entrepreneurial environment.
