If so, then we’d love to get to know you!   We're looking for a Customer Success intern who will be driving various topics to contribute to bunch's growth and learning by doing. WHY YOU SHOULD BE JOINING BUNCH - You’ll have the unique opportunity to help us scale a thriving Fintech startup to broad market adoption and gain valuable insights from experienced entrepreneurs - You will support our Customer Success Team on business-crucial topics from execution to process improvement, tackling real-life customer challenges - You’ll have a direct impact on user experience and the success of the business by ensuring the deals we facilitate are executed at the highest possible quality - This role is set up to equip you with the skills to succeed in a full-time Customer Success or Account Management role at bunch, a VC, or any other startup WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING - You will be part of our Customer success team, taking care of and fully contributing to the customer experience of our users - You will review, check customer data, and work with our operations team. - You will support our account managers and work closely on accounts where you own the investor communications - Most importantly, you will identify and take ownership of your own projects, driving meaningful improvements across our company and Customer Success processes - To make this happen, you will work closely with teams across bunch, foster cross-functional collaboration, and bring your projects from idea to implementation   ABOUT YOU - Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (VC, consulting, investment banking, etc.) or a customer-related role, ideally at a startup company - Customer-centric mindset and the ability to respond quickly and work well under pressure - Excellent attention to detail - you are able to catch the corner case every time and are a reliable team member - You are a great self-organizer and have top-tier project management skills plus a love for processes and results - You have a basic understanding of core financial concepts and a keen interest in venture and private asset investing - You have good English, and ideally German - You are team-oriented and ambitious and bring fun energy to work WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE - Make your mark in a mission-driven FinTech startup that values each of its bunchies - Be mentored by experienced operators and founders, that take your development seriously - Learn fast in a culture that values ownership, creativity, and trust and always strives to empower others - Additionally enjoy benefits in mobility, food and learning - Take part in a network of people passionate about investment and work closely with the most interesting players in the private market. - Benefit from working with a diverse mix of talents, unrivalled energy, and team spirit within a culture of drive and ownership - Flexible hours and a remote office setup with possibility to work in our coworking space in Hamburg   About bunch bunch is building the operating infrastructure for the next generation of private markets.
