Key Responsibilities
- Bertanggung jawab atas kepuasan pelanggan eksternal melalui layanan yang diberikan di cabang
- Memberikan informasi mengenai persyaratan pembiayaan dan angsuran kepada konsumen walk-in
- Melayani konsumen yang akan menyerahkan persyaratan atau mengambil aset dokumen
- Bekerjasama dengan Admin Insurance dalam menangani proses awal klaim asuransi kendaraan
- Menerima dan mengelola telepon dari konsumen, baik pertanyaan seputar pembiayaan maupun penanganan keluhan
Requirements
- Pendidikan Sarjana (S1) untuk segala jurusan
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik untuk menangani konsumen
- Memiliki manajemen waktu yang baik
