The team: Our CRM team keeps Ledger's customers engaged across every stage of their journey - from hardware upgrade to new wallet launches. As our CRM Lifecycle Specialist, you'll own the end-to-end execution of these campaigns & programs - working within the CRM team and stakeholders across product marketing, legal and localisation to bring each one to life. It's a hands-on role for someone who loves organising detail and finding smarter ways to work by using AI tools to vastly speed up delivery. What you’ll be doing: - Campaign delivery: Create, manage, analyze and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns - End-to-end campaign/program build management: Initiate and own the cross-team collaboration of content creation, design, development, localisation, tracking and delivery of each campaign. Campaigns will be initiated from within the CRM team and across the Ledger organization - Delivery process optimization: Find ideas and solutions for automating, optimizing and improving internal processes, by routine analysis and supplying actionable ideas - Cross-Functional collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to build and effectively deliver a high volume of campaigns. What we’re looking for: - 2+ years of CRM / marketing automation experience - Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms, such as Braze, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo and HubSpot - Experience or understanding of AI tools such as Cursor/Claude/Gemini - Highly proficient in spoken and written English Nice to have - Demonstrable experience or interest in the crypto industry and/or FinTech - It's advantageous if you have knowledge in SQL, Liquid Scripting or have tried to play with code before At Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits.
