Lead Dynamics 365 CRM design and development for enterprise clients

Lead Dynamics 365 CRM/CE design, development, customization, and support for mission-critical systems. Develop plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and web resources using C#, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Configure Dataverse and build Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. Manage CI/CD pipelines, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members on best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Dynamics 365 CRM/CE design, development, customization, and support
  • Develop plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and web resources using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Configure and customize Dataverse including forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security
  • Build Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs, Dynamics 365 Web API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Service Bus
  • Provide L2/L3 AMS support including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development and support
  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Dataverse, and Power Platform
  • Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience with Plugins, Workflows, Custom APIs, and Web Resources
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages
  • Experience with REST APIs, Dynamics 365 Web API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Service Bus

Strong skills in Solution Architecture, AMS Support, Troubleshooting, Documentation, Stakeholder Management, and Technical Leadership . Preferred Skills: Experience with Power Pages, PCF Controls, Custom Connectors, and Microsoft Copilot Studio . Knowledge of Azure Key Vault, Application Insights, Entra ID, and Managed Identities . Experience with SSIS, KingswaySoft, and Dynamics 365 data migration . Proficiency in XrmToolBox, Ribbon Workbench, and Dynamics 365 utilities . Exposure to Field Service, Customer Insights, Omnichannel, and Contact Center solutions . Experience in enterprise-scale and multi-region Dynamics 365 implementations .
