- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners
- Conduct regular visits to dealers to offer new financing products and identify business opportunities
- Monitor dealer sales activities and identify opportunities to enhance financing distribution
- Develop effective marketing strategies to increase dealer productivity and achieve financing targets
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in new motorcycle financing marketing or related industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of business acquisition and dealer relationship management is a plus
- Target-oriented with good analytical skills
- Valid driver's license (SIM C), own a motorcycle, and willing to engage in field activities
