Key Responsibilities
- Menghubungi pelanggan untuk mengingatkan pembayaran yang jatuh tempo
- Melakukan follow-up pembayaran sesuai dengan jadwal dan prosedur perusahaan
- Memberikan informasi terkait tagihan, tanggal jatuh tempo, dan metode pembayaran
- Melakukan negosiasi dan memberikan solusi pembayaran sesuai dengan kebijakan perusahaan
- Mencatat dan memperbarui hasil komunikasi serta status pembayaran pelanggan ke dalam sistem
- Memastikan seluruh aktivitas penagihan dilakukan secara profesional dan sesuai dengan SOP perusahaan
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, persuasif, dan percaya diri
- Mampu melakukan komunikasi melalui telepon dengan baik
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan problem solving yang baik
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dan aplikasi Microsoft Office dasar
