Key Responsibilities
- Merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi korporasi untuk mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis
- Melakukan analisis data operasional dan keuangan untuk menghasilkan laporan internal
- Mendukung proyek pengembangan organisasi agar selaras dengan strategi jangka panjang
- Berkoordinasi dengan unit lintas fungsi untuk proses penyelarasan hubungan lintas departemen
- Memantau tren industri lingkungan dan persampahan serta regulasi terkait
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan Manajemen, Ekonomi, Bisnis, atau bidang terkait
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang corporate strategy atau bidang terkait
- Mampu melakukan analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif serta menyusun rekomendasi strategis
- Menguasai tools analisis data (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL) dan project management tools
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan penulisan laporan strategis yang baik
