Key Responsibilities
- Analisis dan optimalkan alur produksi
- Mengurangi pemborosan bahan baku
- Memastikan standar HACCP, ISO 22000
- Monitoring KPI OEE dan membuat laporan performa
- Menjalankan Kaizen, 5S, Gemba Walk
- Mengelola proyek efisiensi dan otomatisasi
Requirements
- S1 Teknik Industri/Teknik Kimia/Teknologi Pangan
- Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman supervisor
- Sertifikasi Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
- Paham DMAIC, VSM, RCA, TPM, FMEA, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, OEE tracking
- Kemampuan analitis dan problem solving
