Key Responsibilities
- Ensure loan distribution to field collection teams according to bucket assignments
- Ensure field collectors understand and achieve KPIs
- Review Quality Control results from field collection activities
- Prepare performance reports for field collectors
- Calculate incentives based on performance and applicable schemes
- Ensure visit reports from field collectors are properly recorded in the system
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Field Collection Team Leader or Supervisor
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major
- Good knowledge of the Collection process
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead a team
- Ability to read and analyze Collection reports
- Good understanding of control, monitoring, and coaching functions
