About the Role We are looking for an energetic, proactive and people-oriented Engagement Intern to support client engagement and workforce coordination activities for Government and Public Sector projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, coordinating stakeholders, and building strong working relationships. The intern will work closely with delivery leaders, project teams, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth communication, positive engagement, and strong client experience across ongoing engagements. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Relationship Support Support day-to-day engagement activities with Government and Public Sector clients Coordinate meetings, engagement sessions, and follow-ups with clients and consultants Help maintain warm and positive relationships with stakeholders through proactive communication and coordination Prepare meeting agendas, and track action items Assist in ensuring timely responses to client requests and operational matters Consultant Engagement & Coordination Act as a coordination point between internal teams, clients, and consultants Check in regularly with consultants to gather engagement feedback and identify concerns early Support onboarding coordination and engagement activities for newly deployed staff Help foster a positive employee experience across deployed project teams Operations & Administrative Support Maintain engagement trackers, meeting schedules, and follow-up logs Support coordination of engagement events, team bonding activities, and operational meetings Assist with preparation of presentation materials and stakeholder updates Requirements Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or related disciplines Strong interest in client engagement, stakeholder management, or consulting environments Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confident in engaging with stakeholders professionally Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Strong listening and problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office tools Good to Have Experience in customer service, client engagement, event coordination, or administrative support Familiarity with project coordination or consulting environments Basic reporting or data analysis skills What You Will Gain Exposure to Government and Public Sector engagements Hands-on experience in client and stakeholder management Opportunity to work alongside consulting, project, and delivery teams Practical experience in engagement operations and workforce coordination Development of communication, coordination, and relationship management skills
