Plan a charity soccer carnival at One Tampines Hub, including theme development, sponsorships, venue coordination, and logistics. The event will feature friendly soccer matches, recreational stations, and startup brand booths, all while keeping costs low and engaging the local community.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a cohesive theme, activity flow, and arena layout to keep energy high throughout the event
- Source and secure sponsors, draft sponsorship decks, and negotiate in-kind or cash support
- Reach out to local startups and community businesses to curate engaging brand collaborations
- Handle venue liaison, arrange permits, insurance, and safety compliance
- Coordinate logistics including equipment rental, field markings, booth setup, sound/PA, signage, F&B, and waste management
- Recruit and brief staff, volunteers, and referees, then oversee on-day operations, crowd movement, and tear-down
Requirements
