Build verified CFD reference solutions from CAD geometry using OpenFOAM or ANSYS
Take CAD geometry, set up and run CFD simulations, and build verified reference solutions for AI agent training. Write Python checks to validate the agent's results against benchmarks. Work involves meshing, simulation setup, and validation against experiments or industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Take CAD geometry and prepare it for CFD simulation
- Set up and run fluid dynamics simulations using OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent/CFX, or STAR-CCM+
- Build verified reference solutions through mesh-independence studies and validation against benchmarks
- Write Python scripts to check and validate AI agent simulation results
- Perform meshing and simulation setup for expert-level fluid tasks
- Document and validate simulation processes for AI training purposes
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field
- Several years of hands-on industry or research CFD experience
- Proficiency with OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent/CFX, or STAR-CCM+ including meshing
- Solid verification and validation practice: mesh-independence studies and benchmark validation
- Comfortable with Python and GitHub
- English at B2 level or above
