Manage patient cases and handle insurance claims
Monitor patient medical conditions and treatment costs, handle insurance claims, and provide customer service to providers, patients, and insurers. Work in a 24/7 shift system, including holidays, and ensure compliance with company procedures and SLA standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and address questions from providers, patients, and insurers
- Monitor daily patient medical conditions and treatment costs, including inpatient care and surgeries
- Handle and escalate customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of online claim transactions
- Coordinate with medical advisors and internal teams to manage complex cases
Requirements
- Minimum D3 or S1 degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Records, or related medical field
- 12 years of experience in the healthcare insurance, TPA, healthtech, or healthcare facilities industry
- Proficient in using computers and claim management systems
- Willingness to work fully onsite (WFO) in Jakarta Selatan
- Ability to work in a 24/7 shift system, including weekends and national holidays
