Monitor and maintain building facilities and operations
Monitor building conditions and facilities, coordinate with vendors and service providers, and ensure smooth operations for tenants and visitors. You'll handle maintenance requests, track facility conditions, and report on operational activities.

Requirements
- D3/S1 degree or higher
- Experience in building operations, general affairs, or facility management
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of construction materials for facility maintenance
