The Role : You, the Analytics Manager of our dreams, are the connective tissue between business strategy, customer behavior, experimentation, and measurement. You understand that modern analytics goes far beyond implementation. It requires helping clients navigate increasingly fragmented, AI-influenced customer journeys while building measurement strategies that drive confident decision-making. This is an Account Manager role at Seer. You are a client-facing practitioner who owns relationships, drives strategy, and delivers results. You are equally comfortable discussing data layers and tag governance as you are facilitating conversations around KPIs, GEO test design, incrementality, and business outcomes. The work splits roughly 60% traditional analytics and 40% GEO. On the analytics side you will architect measurement solutions, audit and QA implementations, and build frameworks that tie data to business outcomes. On the GEO side you will help clients measure visibility and performance across AI-powered search experiences, design and evaluate Test & Learn programs, and translate emerging signals into strategy. GEO measurement is a young discipline and we are building this capability together. What matters is your curiosity and analytical instincts, not existing GEO credentials. Across both, you are AI-native. You use AI daily as a working partner, and you build systems, not just deliverables.
