Key Responsibilities
- Develop and ship AI agents and agentic applications into production

Requirements
- Proven experience shipping AI agents into production
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and related technologies
- Experience tuning and optimizing AI models and agents
- Familiarity with AI/ML benchmarks and datasets
- Understanding of agent learning and self-improvement techniques

In addition, we’ve been increasingly running Mastra primitives like memory on industry-standard benchmarks and using the results to fine-tune configuration.
