Key Responsibilities
- Mengelola administrasi penjualan dan memproses pesanan
- Menyusun laporan penjualan dan membuat materi promosi
- Memastikan koordinasi yang lancar antara tim sales, operasional, dan pelanggan
- Mengelola ketersediaan stock/inventory penjualan
- Mengelola dokumen administrasi penjualan seperti PO Customer dan Quotation
- Mengatur dokumen kegiatan luar kantor teknisi
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dari semua jurusan
- Pengalaman kerja 2-3 tahun sebagai Admin Sales atau Sales Support
- Mahir menggunakan Canva untuk membuat materi promosi
- Mahir MS Office, khususnya MS Excel
- Mahir menggunakan software Accurate Online
