Key Responsibilities
- Melakukan pengecekan dan validasi kelengkapan dokumen dan data asset
- Melakukan analisis dokumen dan data untuk memastikan proses aktivasi kontrak berjalan sesuai prosedur
- Melakukan proses aktivasi kontrak secara akurat dan tepat waktu
- Berkoordinasi dengan cabang dan unit terkait untuk menyelesaikan kendala dalam proses aktivasi kontrak
- Mengidentifikasi potensi kendala dalam proses dan memberikan masukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas operasional
- Memastikan proses administrasi dan dokumentasi berjalan dengan lancar
Requirements
- Memiliki gelar S1 dari semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun di bidang Operations, khususnya pada proses administrasi atau operasional
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office, terutama Excel
- Memiliki kemampuan analytical thinking, critical thinking, dan problem solving yang baik
