Key Responsibilities
- Membalas chat pelanggan di WhatsApp Business, Instagram, dan marketplace dengan cepat dan ramah
- Memproses order, konfirmasi pembayaran, alamat, pengemasan, dan pengiriman
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang/produksi dan ekspedisi, serta menangani komplain pelanggan
- Mencari calon klien B2B dan menyusun daftar prospek
- Menghubungi prospek dan mengirim katalog serta penawaran
- Memperbarui pipeline prospek di Google Sheets
Requirements
- Pengalaman 2-3 tahun sebagai admin online shop, customer service, atau sales admin
- Terbiasa membalas chat pelanggan dengan cepat dan sopan
- Menguasai akuntansi dasar dan Google Sheets/Excel
- Mampu meriset dan mencari calon pelanggan B2B secara mandiri
- Terbiasa dengan WhatsApp Business dan dashboard marketplace
