Kamu akan bekerja dengan berbagai platform marketplace dan media sosial untuk mempromosikan produk madu dan herbal.
Key Responsibilities
- Mengelola toko online di Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, dan platform lainnya
- Mengunggah dan memperbarui produk, foto, deskripsi, harga, stok, serta informasi promosi
- Memastikan informasi produk tersaji dengan lengkap, menarik, dan akurat
- Melayani pertanyaan dan konsultasi pelanggan melalui chat marketplace, WhatsApp, dan media komunikasi lainnya
- Membuat konten promosi berupa foto, video pendek, poster, dan materi pemasaran produk
- Melakukan editing foto dan video untuk kebutuhan promosi digital
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK atau sederajat
- Lulusan bidang Marketing, Digital Marketing, Ilmu Komunikasi, Multimedia, Desain Grafis, Sistem Informasi, atau jurusan lain yang relevan
- Usia maksimal 30 tahun
