Key Responsibilities
- Bangun dan pertahankan hubungan profesional dengan klien bank dan lembaga keuangan
- Identifikasi kebutuhan klien terkait layanan IT, pengembangan sistem, dan sumber daya manusia
- Kelola komunikasi klien dan lakukan follow-up rutin mengenai kebutuhan proyek dan peluang bisnis baru
- Persiapkan proposal bisnis, proposal kerja sama, dan dokumen administratif lainnya
Requirements
- Sarjana dalam Manajemen, Bisnis, Pemasaran, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau bidang terkait
- Pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun sebagai Account Officer atau posisi terkait
- Pengalaman mengelola klien korporat, terutama di industri keuangan atau teknologi informasi
- Memahami proses bisnis B2B, pengelolaan akun klien, dan administrasi kontrak
