- Mencari dan mengembangkan peluang bisnis baru (B2B)
- Membangun dan menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan klien
- Memahami kebutuhan bisnis pelanggan dan menawarkan solusi IT yang tepat
- Mengelola proses penjualan dari prospecting hingga closing
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim teknis dalam penyusunan proposal dan implementasi solusi
- Melakukan account management, upselling, dan cross-selling kepada klien yang sudah ada
Requirements
- Memiliki gelar S1 dari semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Sales IT, Account Manager, atau posisi serupa
- Memahami produk dan layanan IT seperti Software Development, System Integration, Cloud, dan lain-lain
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, negosiasi, dan relationship management yang baik
- Berorientasi pada target serta mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim
