Key Responsibilities
- Membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan kepercayaan dengan pelanggan setelah penjualan awal

- Mengelola aspek keuangan portofolio pelanggan dan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan baru pelanggan

- Mengadvokasi penggunaan sistem Borealis dan memberikan solusi terbaik untuk pelanggan
Requirements
- Fluens dalam bahasa Inggris, Prancis, dan Portugis
- Gelar Sarjana dalam Administrasi atau bidang terkait
- Pengalaman minimal 3-4 tahun dalam manajemen akun customer success atau konsultasi solusi
- Pengalaman 2-3 tahun dengan SAAS atau CRM
- Kemampuan teknis yang kuat
