Grow beauty and personal care sales through field sales
Develop General Trade (GT) channels like pharmacies, cosmetic stores, and minimarkets in Lombok. Build relationships with retailers and distributors to boost product sales. Requires 15 years of field sales experience in beauty and personal care.

Direct field sales experience in beauty and personal care
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit General Trade (GT) outlets like pharmacies, cosmetic stores, and minimarkets
- Introduce and promote Baskit's Beauty & Personal Care products
- Support outlet registration, catalog activation, pricing, and initial orders
- Maintain relationships with store owners, distributors, and retail partners
- Visit at least 45 stores daily and report on sales performance
Requirements
- 15 years of field sales experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or personal care
- Understanding of General Trade (GT) operations and the Indonesian retail market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in Indonesian
- Ability to use digital applications, CRM, and WhatsApp for work and reporting
