Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marine/Ocean Engineering, Naval Architecture, Logistic/Industrial Engineering, Supply Chains, Ocean Transport
- Better than 3.50 GPA from a Tier-1 Recognized Tertiary Institution or Ship Management College
- Graduated in 2025 or before 1st March 2026
- Demonstrate integrity, trust, adaptability, motivation, and purpose-driven behavior

Program Overview OPEN TO 2025/2026 GRADUATES OF BACHELORS OR MASTERS DEGREES Meratus Star Program is an accelerated development initiative designed to shape high-potential fresh graduates into future leaders at Meratus. This comprehensive program includes: Structured learning & development Intensive on-the-job training Program Journey Phase 1: Onboarding & Orientation An in-depth introduction to Meratus Group values, culture, and core operations. Phase 2: Business Unit Assignment Real-life project involvement and functional training in your assigned department. Phase 3: Business Improvement Project Take ownership of real business challenges through cross-functional improvement projects that build strategic thinking and leadership skills. Candidate Profile MUST HAVE's: You must have graduated with either a Bachelors or Master's Degree in subjects related to our core business or corporate functions. These may include (but not limited too): Marine or Ocean Engineering and Naval Architecture Logistic and Industrial Engineering or Supply Chains Ocean Transport or Ports Logistics International Trade Mathematics or Data Science Accounting/Finance/Law/Communications/IT/HR/Management You must have better than a 3.50 GPA from a Tier-1 Recognized Tertiary Institution or Ship Management College. You must have graduated in either 2025 or before 1st March 2026.
