- Lead improvement projects focused on cost, time, or service quality with defined KPI targets
- Analyze operational and commercial data to generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with business unit leaders and frontline teams on process improvements
- Present findings and recommendations to management
- Support implementation of changes from concept to execution on the ground
- Develop understanding of safety, compliance, and operational discipline in logistics
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of working experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Naval Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or Maritime
- Curious, driven, and adaptable mindset with fast learning and execution ability
