Position Overview : We are looking for professional developers to build our ERP system using advanced technologies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, and involve in digitalization process. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design, build, and maintain cross-platform, high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework. API Integration: Seamlessly integrate mobile applications with secure backend RESTful APIs and modern microservices. Performance Optimization: Continually optimize application performance, ensuring fast responsiveness, smooth rendering, and absolute application stability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and backend teams to deliver intuitive features through structured Agile sprints. Maintenance & Debugging: Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex application bugs, and deploy efficient code fixes. Feature Enrichment: Participate in the planning and integration of advanced third-party modules, focusing on robust security and architectural scalability. Requirements : Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in professional mobile development, with a primary focus on Flutter. Deep understanding of REST API integration , JSON data handling, and mobile security practices. Strong familiarity with advanced Flutter state management solutions (such as BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX) is highly desirable. Knowledge of backend development concepts (e.g., Node.js, .NET, or similar frameworks) is considered a strong added advantage.
