Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of quantitative researchers, guiding model development and implementation.

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify market trends and investment opportunities.
- Develop and validate quantitative models for risk management, portfolio optimization, and alpha generation.
- Present research findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in quantitative finance or related field.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, statistics, and machine learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in quantitative finance (e.g., Python, R).
- Experience with large datasets and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
