Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process across multiple client projects from discovery to high-fidelity interfaces
- Conduct comprehensive user research including usability testing, interviews and data analysis
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive design solutions for web and mobile applications
- Create high-fidelity interfaces grounded in solving genuine user problems
- Collaborate with developers using understanding of HTML/CSS to ensure design feasibility
- Apply AI-assisted design tools for prototyping and building interactive concepts
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work for web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in Figma including experience with design systems and component libraries
- Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design improvements
- Solid grasp of responsive design principles and best practices
- Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
