The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of conversion-oriented design, intuitive user flows, and investor trust-building UI patterns. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver seamless web and mobile user experiences. Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Translate product requirements into functional and appealing features. Ensure design consistency and contribute to a scalable design system. Conduct UX research, user testing, and gather feedback to inform design. Optimize UI for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility. Understand platform-specific design patterns (iOS, Android, Web) and investor behavior in fintech/crowdfunding. Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of proven UI/UX design, preferably in fintech, crowdfunding, or real estate. Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc. Frameworks/Systems: Experience with responsive systems, mobile-first design, and building/working with design systems. Research: Ability to conduct and interpret user research, usability testing, and translate findings into designs. Required Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, UX writing, accessibility, and investor journey design. Experience with agile product teams (Jira, Clickup). Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proactive and able to work independently under tight timelines. Experience with digital payments, wallets, identity/KYC flows, or regulatory compliance UX. Knowledge of HTML/CSS. Understanding of analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar).
