Develop training materials for field sales teams

Create and deliver mandatory training programs and develop materials tailored to field sales needs. Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to ensure continuous improvement. Ensure field sales teams are well-prepared with product knowledge, skills, and the right attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver mandatory training programs for field sales teams
Monitor and control the achievement of System Development Quality Acceleration (SDQA) targets
Create and manage training evaluation systems to assess and improve training materials
Ensure field sales teams are well-prepared with product knowledge, skills, and the right attitude

Requirements

Minimum D3/S1 degree in any field
1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training & Development
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in teams with high initiative
Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective training strategies
Experience in designing and implementing competency-based training programs
